1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is established electronically between;

the customer who places an order through the website ("Buyer").
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product purchased by the Buyer through the website.
3. Product Information
The product's;
- name,
- model,
- color,
- quantity,
- selling price,
- shipping fee,
- payment method
are specified in the order summary created during the order.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment approval.
Deliveries are made within the legal period, not exceeding 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to exceptional products specified in the Distance Contracts Regulation.
6. Returns
The product to be returned must be;
- unused,
- in resalable condition,
- in its original packaging,
- with all its accessories,
- without the return label and product protection seal removed.
7. Refund
After the return is approved, the fee is refunded using the payment method used by the Buyer within the periods stipulated in the applicable legislation.
8. Authorized Authority
In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized under Law No. 6502 are competent.
